Complete Wedding Coordination

We encourage our couples to be as involved in the decision making process as they choose to be. If you want to call all of the shots we are here to partner alongside you making the wedding of your dreams come true. If you are a busy couple, we take care of the details. We will be your arms and legs and capable decision makers. This package will allow both couples, as well as those in-between, the resources, assistance, and expert coordination needed to make their wedding day spectacular.

Day of Wedding Coordination

This package is for the couple that has taken care of most of the details themselves but want to relax on their wedding day. We will come alongside you up to two months prior to your wedding date to finalize last minute details, review your vendor contracts, assist you with your wedding day timeline, attend and oversee your wedding rehearsal and coordinate your ceremony and reception. We will be your contact person for your wedding day allowing you and your loved ones to fully enjoy your wedding day.

Destination Wedding Coordination

Hawaii is one of the most romantic and tropical locations to get married. We assist destination couples in all of the details of planning a wedding from afar making a destination wedding a relaxing, memorable, and worry-free experience.

Either our Full Service Coordination or Day-of Wedding Coordination services can assist you with your destination wedding. We work with clients around the world who desire to create the wedding of their dreams in Hawaii.

Intimate Wedding Coordination

This package is perfect for couples that need help coordinating their Hawaii wedding ceremony. We’ve put together a package that includes everything you’ll need including an officiate, leis, music and photography. This affordable option is limited to couples with 15 guests or less and for ceremonies only. We can assist you with suggestion for dinner reception locations. Ala carte options are also available.
